Tin Can Lids by Jack Bresnahan

This ones been doing the rounds for a few months now, we missed it, but fortunately a lot of others didn’t and so eventually our radar picked it up – thanks to inhabitat.
Tin Can Lids by Jack Bresnahan is in the words of The Record Player “a product that just makes sense and you want to punch yourself because you didn’t think of it or do it first”
Take an empty tin can – put a lid on it, use for something else.
How simple could it be?  How many tins do you have in your garage/shed filled with nails, screws and old compost?  How often have you used an old tin can as a make shift compost bucket when doing a quick pizza?
Dozens.
But it took Jake to decide to formalise the function.
In addition to their practicality, Tin Can Lids look good and are made from biodegradable plastic. And it goes without saying there is nothing to stop you from personalising each tin.
The Tin Can Lid range is composed of 9 lids allowing you to turn your used cans into a vase, a soap dispenser, a sugar pourer, toothbrush holder, a money box, a desk tidy and tea and coffee canisters – or simply a sealed storage container for, for example, nails, screws and old compost.
Tin Can Lids by Jack Bresnahan.
Genius.
